Peninsula Pet Food endeavour to offer you the choices needed to assist you to maximise the health of your pet. If you have purchased a product from us that proves to be faulty or defective, we will provide you with a replacement or your money back. If you change your mind, we will provide you with a refund provided the below conditions are met.

We offer you a 14-day exchange or money-back guarantee if the product has been proven to be faulty or defective, provided the product is returned in it’s original packaging. We reserve the right to charge a pro-rata fee for any part of the product that has been used.

If you change your mind regarding the item you have purchased, the product must be returned unopened, and in the original packaging.

Procedure for Exchange or Refund.

  1. Contact Peninsula Pet Food on admin@peninsulapetfood.com.au to inform us of the issue regarding your order. Or alternatively you can ring us on 0413918224. We are happy to discuss the issue so that we can arrive at the best outcome. Proof of purchase will be required.
  2. Once you receive a decision to return your ordered item for a refund, please label and arrange delivery back to the address as provided to you.
  3. For any exchange items, please label and we will arrange to collect and provide the exchange item.
  4. Upon receival of your return for refund we will provide you with a confirmation of receipt and the agreed refund. Any refund will be processed within 2 business days. This will be processed using the original payment type.
